Today we got 2 shows for the price of one! With Xander Schauffele winning the Tour Championship and Justin Thomas winning the FedEx Cup!!!!!

How exciting with ups and downs like a roller coaster the last 2 days especially.

23-year-old Xander showed he is wise beyond his years by not letting the pressure get to him down the final stretch!

Schauffele fired a -2 under par round today to end up -12 under for the week!

Only one bogey on the front and a clean card on the back with 2 birdies coming home.

Between his Fed Ex Cup earnings and his check for winning the Tour Championship he made OVER $3,500,000, not a bad week at all. This was his second win of the year and for someone who only graduated from high school in 2011 it is truly amazing!

Justin Thomas didn’t end up too bad today either. He came in second all alone at the Tour Championship and winning around $800,000 PLUS $10,000,000 for taking home the FedEx Cup.

Nice trophy but a HUGE check. WOW

Justin Thomas played solid today with a -4 under par 66.

His only blip on his round was on the back nine when he bogeyed #13.

He told his caddy Jimmy Johnson not to tell him where he stood in the Fed Ex Cup race.

The golf reporter walking along kept the caddy up to date so he knew just in case Thomas asked. He didn’t though!!

One of the top favorites, Jordan Spieth, was playing great today and shot a solid -3 under par 67.

He ended in a tie for 7th. His high note today was knocking in his second shot from 93 yards for an eagle 2.

Well the Fed Ex Cup race is over and we have the Presidents Cup coming up next week.

I sure hope the US Cup team is fairly rested.

I know all the South Africans on the team are rested up well in Palm Beach Gardens Florida.

They didn’t have to play this week and it’s going to be interesting to see how Louie Oosthuizen, Charl Schwartzel, & Branden Grace play next week.

It’s going to be a very interesting Presidents Cup!
