Andy Reid is saying, his Chiefs are ready and hungry. Lets face it the last time they played the Indianapolis Colts, things didn’t go well for K.C.. This time they play the Colts in a game they have to win to extend their season.
The Chiefs lost to the Colts 23-7 on December 22nd and they are coming off a 2 game losing streak this week. The loss they suffered to the Chargers didn’t exactly give the team a boost to their confidence.
Reid has to be concerned about Tamba Hali being ready to play. His knee has swelling and it stopped him from practicing. The Chiefs defense is going to have to do a better job getting to Luck than they did in the first game.
Kansas City had a magical season with Reid as their first year head coach and no one expected them to play as well as they did. To travel to Indianapolis and take on the Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium isn’t going to be easy.
The Colts home town crowd is going to make it difficult for Reid guys. The Colts play tough at home and some are picking Indy to take this game and do well in the play offs.
Reid is going to have to have his guys playing at their peak. Coming in after losing 2 in a row at the end of the regular season won’t be easy to overcome. Andy Reid and his Chiefs have no easy task and they better get after Luck early in the game.
