The Thunder people were looking for showed up last night to power their way past a San Antonio team many were starting to think couldn’t be beat. Naturally Kevin Durant led the way for Oklahoma with 22 points and the teams shooting guard Thabo Sefolosha stepped up big with 19 points. Russell Westbrook had a slow night with only 10 points, Westbrook also had 7 rebounds and 9 assists. The Thunder were down 2-0 to the Spurs, many were beginning to think  the Spurs were going to win four straight to get  into the NBA finals some even were talking about the Spurs beating the Heat already.

The Oklahoma Thunder isn’t a team that is going to sit back and let the Spurs just walk away with the win in this series. They made it look fairly easy last night to get the win over the Spurs by 20 points and I look for the Thunder to making a series out of it now. This Oklahoma team has too many great players to sit back and not contend for a title. Durant and Westbrook have been solid all season for the Thunder and now they have figured out a way to power past the Spurs.  I look for the Thunder to continue to play tough against San Antonio, this team has the talent to win this series. You don’t win over the Spurs 102-82 and then sit back and fail.
