Arnold Palmer has been admitted into the Hospital with high blood pressure.  Although people reported no one is extremely worried about he King of golf, they will keep Arnie overnight as a precaution. Palmer just watched Tiger Woods win his 7th Arnold Palmer Invitational this afternoon from the Bay Hill Club. Palmer is the man responsible for making golf the great televised game it is today.Palmer was and still is one of the most popular players in the history of the game.

Reports are saying the high blood pressure could be a result of new medication the king is taking. Palmer had to be taken to the hospital and he missed the trophy presentation at his tournament. Hey sitting around with Johnny Miller for a couple of days could make anyone’s blood pressure go up. Just kidding. When you hit your knees tonight please include Arnie in your prayers. Even the King can use a little help from upstairs.

Palmer had been advised to monitor his blood pressure throughout the day because of some issues with new medicine he was taking. one last test about 15 minutes before the tournament showed an increase in blood pressure. Palmer’s long time business manager Alaistair Johnston said, “It wasn’t anything to do with any ailments or any discomfort he felt,” Johnston said. “The blood pressure was at a level where the doctor involved suggested that he go immediately to get more intensive evaluation at the hospital.”

Sam Saunders, Palmer’s grandson, tweeted, “For all concerned my granddad is doing fine and will be good to go tomorrow. Thank you for all of your nice comments and concern.” Palmer is 83 years old come September 10th, it is understandable why so many are so worried about the King tonight.

Update:

Good to see Palmer was released from the Hospital and he ruteurned to his Office on Monday. Not bad for an 82 year old. Keep going Arnie!!!
