How about them Chiefs, in Andy Reid’s first season as their new head coach he already has people talking about them as an elite team. And why shouldn’t they be? The Chiefs turned things around and once again are among the power-house team’s of the NFL.

When Reid brought Alex Smith to the team, we knew the Chiefs would have a much better season than their last one. Reid had some house cleaning to do, but the Chiefs defense was left pretty much intact and they are doing a great job so far this season.

The Chiefs offense is ranked 17th in total offense and they have only had their quarterback for a short time. Once Smith and his receivers tighten up a bit. this team is going to move up in the rankings and I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if we don’t see them in the top ten by mid-season.

Andy Reid has done a fantastic job taking the Chiefs back to a team that can be respected. I can see this Chiefs team beating the Titans this week and going to 5-0. Why not? They have the defense to bring it to Tennessee and Smith numbers are better than Jake Locker who won’t even be playing anyway due to his hip injury.

That means the Chiefs will be facing Ryan Fitzpatrick. The Chiefs should come out of this game at 5-0 and they will continue to turn some heads in the NFL this week.
