The Tampa Bay Buccaneers weren’t to kind to Tom Brady and his New England Patriots last night. The Tampa Bay defense pressured Brady and sacked him 2 times, they held Brady to just 13 completions of his 20 attempts and intercepted the great Brady once. The Buccaneers looked pretty good against the Patriots in this game, they went on to get the 30-28 victory over the Patriots and this has to be a boost to the teams confidence coming into the 2012 season.
The Buccaneers offense has plenty of room for improvement, Josh Freeman only went 10 for 19, he had 102 yards and no touchdowns. Dan Orlovsky went 6 for 7 and one touchdown. The Buccaneers defense can hold the team in games and give the teams offense time to improve if they can continue to play the kind of football they played last night against the Patriots. Mark Barron was the guy to make the big play with his interception and returning it for a touchdown.
