South African Louis Oosthuizen took it real low at he TPC Boston in his third round of the Deutsche Bank Championship. Oosthuizen  made the turn and turned some heads with his 7 under 29 on the front nine. Oosthuizen birdies hole number 2 and then went on to birdie the his final 6 holes on the front nine. Oosthuizen who shot a 57 before playing with some friends back home in South Africa was thinking sub 60 round too. Oosthuizen wasn’t so lucky on the back nine and actually had a scary moment when he hit a 9 on the 16th hole and it looked as though he damaged his pectoral muscle. Oosthuizen  was seen rubbing his right pectoral muscle after several shots on the back side.

Oosthuizen  only was able to get 2 birdies on the back nine and one bogey, he did finish his third round in great shape to go out and contend for the win tomorrow. Oosthuizen  would card a 63 in his third round and is in first place and in the final group with McIlroy again on Monday. Oosthuizen  has shot rounds of 66,65,63 to be at 19 under par and 3 shots ahead of McIlroy to start the final round. In his post round interview it was good to hear Oosthuizen say his muscle seems to be OK, you would hate to see Oosthuizen  have to withdraw due to an injury after the start we saw him have today.
