Sam Bradford and his St. Louis Rams handed the Arizona Cardinals their first loss on the season. The Rams defense completely shut down the Cardinals offense. Bradford didn’t do much in the game throwing for just 141 yards and 2 touchdowns in the game, it was enough to give the Rams a win over the Cardinals who couldn’t get their offense going against the Rams defense that was all over the Cardinals in the game.

Bradford showed he has a powerful arm when he hit Chris Givens for his first touchdown in the NFL. It was a 51 yard play and Bradford hit Givens on the run down the sidelines and Givens just had to run it in to the end zone to score his first NFL touchdown, it was a great throw and a great catch. Bradford was right on the money. The Rams defense completely dominated the Cardinals offensive line in the game, they got to Kevin Kolb when they wanted to sacking him 9 times. This was the second week in a row that Kevin Kolb was sacked multiple times.

Robert Quinn the Rams defensive end was able to sack Kolb 3 times by himself, Quinn had a big night for the Rams and his contributions help shut down the Arizona offense. Quinn had 6 tackles on top of the three sacks. The Rams already won more games in 2012 than they won in 2011. At 3-2 they surpassed last years win total by one already. The Rams are undefeated at home so far this year.
