Houston Open’s first round has been suspended by darkness with 4 guys tied for the lead.

Lucas Glover and Kevin Tway have finished their first round with -7 under par 65’s.

Both Sam Ryder and Beau Hossler are also sitting at -7 under but with a few holes to play.

Rickie Fowler finished early and is in a tie for 5th place one shot off the lead.

Round one will resume at 7:20 am on Friday morning.

This is the final warm up for the Masters.

Many of the top pros who chose not to play Houston have all ready gone to Augusta to get ready for next week.

Tiger Woods is there and is taking this Masters very seriously as he is the favorite in some bettors eyes.

Jordan Spieth and Phil Mickelson, two of the favorites to win next week, are only 3 shots out of the lead.

It’s always difficult when play is halted but the fellows are used to it and will come back strong tomorrow morning!

The Champions Tour is off for a bit and will be back on April 13th in Duluth Georgia at the Mitsubishi Electric Classic.
