Pittsburgh Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger is hoping for a better start to the 2014 season than the team had last year. The Steelers have owned the Cleveland Browns with Roethlisberger as their quarterback. Big Ben intends to continue his wining ways over Cleveland.

Roethlisberger has only lost once to the Browns in his professional career. He has found a way to beat Cleveland, every time he has played them except once. Roethlisberger wants to get his Steelers headed back in the right  direction this season, and that includes a trip back into the play-offs.

Pittsburgh was a terrible football team in the first 1/4 of last season. Roethlisberger said so when they played in London. He doesn’t expect a repeat of last season and not beating the Browns in the home opener is unacceptable to him.

Big Ben knows the Browns made some off season moves to improve their defense, he knows they brought in some more guys that can bring pressure to the passer. Yet, he is still comfortable with the though of  walking away with a win in week one in front of the home town fans.

Ben Roethlisberger is on a mission this season and he knows the team can’t start the season off slowly. He wants to take his Steelers right to  the win column and he intends to make the play-off in 2014. That’s good news to the Steeler fans. Playing the Browns in week one had to be even better news.
