In an interview following his 3rd round at the Humana Challenge, PGA Tour pro Keegan Bradley held nothing back when asked about the AFC Championship game. He picked the New England Patriots to beat the Denver Broncos.
Bradley said, Brady is the better quarterback and the Patriots had the better defense. Bradley said watching the Patriots makes him more nervous than hitting his golf shots, even after holing one for a double eagle this week on the par 3 hole number 3 at PGA West (Nicklaus).
Bradley loves Tom Brady’s abilities to lead the Patriots. He thinks Brady is going to be able to beat Peyton Manning and the Broncos and advance the Patriots to the Super Bowl.
Bradley went on to say, he would love to be at this Super Bowl to watch Brady and the Patriots go on to win it. He could be putting the cart before the horse so to speak. Brady has to beat the Broncos at home at Mile High stadium.
It is going to be interesting to see if his prediction holds true. If the Patriots do beat the Broncos, I wonder how many people are going to take their football advice or picks from a PGA Tour pro.
