Patton Kizzire fired a solid -4 under par on his fourth round and took home the OHL Classic at Mayakoba in Mexico today! Solid bogey free round.

Rickie Fowler was also -4 under for the final round but could not quite catch Patton as Rick ended up one shot off the lead in 2nd place all by himself.

Fun weekend. Really nice paycheck. It doesn’t get better than that!!!!

All alone in 3rd place is Si Woo Kim from Seoul, South Korea. He shot an outstanding -6 under par round today and ended up -15 under par for the tournament.

Zach Johnson took it really low today with a beautiful -7 under par round.

One bogey and still shot a 64. It will be so cool if Zach comes home next week to St Simons Island and wins! If he keeps playing like this he has a serious chance!!

Playing 36 holes today really took its toll, and those who came thru should be very proud.

This tournament was stopped and started so many times this week by rain I thought I was watching the Indy 500.

Oh by the way Patton Kizzire has had 62 starts on the PGA Tour and that first win sure does feel good. Congratulations!!

Haha Rickie did make him work for his victory because Kizzire had a 3 shot lead and then Rickie birdies 16 & 17 to get within 1 shot of the lead.

It wasn’t meant to be today as he could only par #18.

I was just thinking about what a win means on the tour…..2 year exemption, invite to play in Hawaii, loads of invites to Major Championships. It’s just incredible.

Well that’s it for Mexico now we are off to Davis Love III’s RSM Classic on St. Simon’s Island, Georgia.

I will be there to keep us all up to date on the scoops that come up during the week! Maybe I’ll run into some of you at the Tourney!!! Have fun!
