This week Peyton Manning and his Denver Broncos travel to MetLife Stadium, in East Rutherford, NJ to take on Eli Manning and his New York Giants. Peyton should school his younger brother on how to play the quarterback position.
The older more wiser Manning threw for 7 touchdowns in week one. The Giants didn’t fare as well as the Broncos and the way Denver is playing they could be off to a 0-2 start when Peyton is done for the day.
At 37-years-old, Peyton looks like he is in the best shape of his playing career. He looks to be throwing the football fine and his arm looks strong. The Broncos defense looks good too. The way they stepped up big in the second half of the Ravens game should take away any doubts about Von Miller missing.
They were able to sustain a decent pass rush without Miller and they played well without Champ Bailey too. Manning never fails to amaze people. The way he performed in week one, should give the Broncos fans hope of reaching a super bowl this season.
If Peyton Manning can continue to put on performance like the one he did in week one, the Broncos are going to be tough to beat this season. Eli doesn’t have a chance. As long as Peyton Manning stays healthy, the Broncos are a real contender.
