Russell Wilson was a steal in the 2012 N.F.L. draft, going in the 3rd round at the 75th pick overall Wilson has proven to be an asset for the Seattle Seahawks. Going for the teams 10th win and trying to win over the San Francisco 49ers the stage is set for Wilson to become one of the N.F.L.’s rising stars. Wilson has played well this season, throwing for 21 touch downs with only 9 interceptions. Wilson has 2697 passing yards coming into the 49ers game. The Seahawks need to win this game to prove they belong among the teams that can lead in the NFL.
This game on Sunday will bring tow teams together that are pretty evenly matched. This is going to be one tough physical game for both teams on both sides of the ball. For Russell Wilson, it is his time to shine. With a win Wilson will earn the respect of his NFL peers. With a loss they still have to respect the job Russell Wilson have done this season. He came into camp and beat out a guy the Seahawks signed to a big contract to earn the starting q.b. job and this week Wilson can show the world that he belongs.
