Congratulations to Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks on the great season they had. I know they fell short of the goal, but Wilson has a lot of good years a head of himself and plenty of championships that could come his way. Russell Wilson did a great job of getting his Seahawks back into the game today. Some guys would have folded being down by 20 points in the first half. Both Pete Caroll and Russell Wilson gathered themselves in the locker room and came out in the second half to win the football game.

Wilson got his team to put 28 second half points on the board in this play off game. 21 of those points came in the 4th quarter. It shows that Wilson is the kind of leader who can rally the troops and get his players to keep their heads in the game. Not many rookie quarter backs have ever done what Wilson did today. If the Seahawks defense could have made 75% of the effort we saw from Wilson, it wouldn’t be the Seattle Seahawks whose season was over.

Russell Wislon has to be considered for NFL rookie of the year. It is a shame this draft class had so many talented players in it. Wilson ranks right up there with the best of them and deserves some recognition.  I for one can’t wait to see what kind of year Wilson puts together with his Seahawks. I think the guy has one heck of a bright future in the NFL.

Thank you for being fair and giving Seattle the proper credit that has been lacking from other media outlets. RW and the Hawks will have an even better year in 2013/2014 season. Good luck to the Hawks in the future!

Thanks for taking the time and leaving a comment. As far as the Seahawks go, they have a great talent in Russell Wilson. He could end up being another Tom Brady, late round pick who does real good in the NFL. I can’t wait to see what this guy does next season. He has a great attitude and he will be a great leader in the NFL…..
