Vijay Singh the 49-year-old from Lautoka, Fiji has put himself in a position to compete this weekend at the RBS Canadian open. Singh has played well in his first two rounds shooting 65,67 in his first two rounds. Singh hasn’t won on the PGA Tour in almost 4 years. Singh knows how to win he gets himself on top of the leader-board. Singh has 66,322,244 dollars in career earnings, the man has won three majors and multiple other tournaments. At 49 years old Singh has gone through the same putting problems so many other great golfers suffer in their forties.
Vijay has only two bogies and one double bogey in his first two rounds at the RBC Canadian open. He has 12 birdies and 21 pars. It will be an interesting third round to see if Singh can tame his nerves and make a move on the two leaders who are at 11 under par three strokes ahead of Singh.
