Australian Adam Scott is off to a fast start, at the Arnold Palmer Invitational. Scott is already leading the tournament by 3 strokes and he still has 4 holes left to play on the front 9. Scott started off at number 10, and made the turn at 5 under par.
The Australian, who is the current Masters champion is making Bay Hill look easy. He made 4 birdies and one eagle on the back nine. His only blemish in his first 9 holes was a lone bogey on the par 4 18th.
Scott started his second nine at number one. He would make a par. He then pared number 2 and made a birdie at the third. Scott then made eagle at the par 5 4th. He has made par on the 5th and still has the par 5 6th left to finish at the time of this article.
Can you imagine Scott making another eagle on the 6th? Needless to say, Scott’s game is looking in the first round at Bay Hill.
He is making Bay Hill his for the taking and he is doing plenty of taking at the time being. Scott has everything working well in his first round. The Australian is in fine shape at the moment and he certainly looks comfortable with his swing.

Scott birdied the par 5 6th and now is at 9 under par with 3 holes left to play. He went on to birdie the 7th and has a real chance of shooting a 60 just missing a 59, if he can birdie both 8 & 9. He is currently at 10 under par with 2 left to play.
Scott would go on to par the 8th and the 9th to finish his first round at the Palmer Invitational at 10 under par.
