Chip Kelly’s Eagles have taken over control of the NFC East and why not? They are playing like the best team in the division and their record of 6-5 is one game better than any other team.

Kelly has found his quarterback, and Nick Foles doesn’t seem to be a guy that is going to falter anytime soon. This kid just keeps getting better, every time he takes to the field.

Foles had another fantastic performance to had a loss to the Washington Redskins. He completed 17 of 26 for 298 yards and was sacked 3 times in the game.

Foles didn’t make any mistakes in the game by throwing an interception and he continues to lead this Eagles team to a place not many thought they were capable of going to this season.

The Eagles are one of the most improved teams in the NFL this season. Kelly has really turned things around in Philadelphia and you have to wonder how many games the Eagles would be out in front if he didn’t start Vick at the beginning of the season.

The Eagles had a great rushing performance today too. LeSean McCoy carried the ball 20 times for 77 yards and 2 touchdowns and Nick Foles had 9 rushes and a touchdown himself.

This Eagles team has a well-balanced attach with Foles playing quarterback. They look like they are the best team in the NFC East. It is going to be difficult to say the least as far as stopping them from making the play offs.

Of course they have to continue to perform the way they are performing now. Barring any injuries, I can’t see them doing anything else.
