The Baltimore Ravens are getting ready for a Super Bowl Parade. Now that they won Super Bowl 47 the city is getting ready to put on the celebration. What’s next for the Ravens? They better find a way to sit down with Joe Flacco and his agent and get a deal done. The Super Bowl MVP is wanting a contract that could pay him 20 million dollars a year. Then there is the task of finding a replacement for Ray Lewis, the Ravens star player is done with football and finding a new inspirational leader that can pump this team up the way Lewis did isn’t going to be easy.

What about Ed Reed? Will he still be in a Ravens uniform come the 2013 season? Some thing he will change teams. The Ravens may have a lot of rebuilding to o in this off-season if they want to dominate the AFC North the way they did it in the 2012 season. They can take today off to get ready for the party but then they better get back to work and build a team that will be successful in 2013. Ozzie Newsome sure has his work  cut out  for himself in this off-season. He has to repair the aging defense that was barely able to hold off the 49ers in the second half of Super Bowl 47.
