Andrew Luck and his Indianapolis Colts went into East Rutherford, NJ and showed the world they can compete in the NFL. A week earlier people weren’t sure what the team was going to do this season. Luck threw for 107 yards completing 9 of the 13 passes he attempted and had 2 touchdowns.

The Colts beat the New York Giants.  The Colts defense played a great game too. They were able to intercept Eli Manning and that certainly helped the Colts efforts. Indianapolis showed a well-balanced running game as well.

They rushed the ball 33 times in the game. The Colts defense kept pressure on the QB during the game. The had 6 sacks and they didn’t back down all night. The Colts look like a team that are going to be able to disrupt the opposing team’s quarterback this season.

If the Colts defense can continue to bring pressure to the quarterback like they did against the Giants, they will be a force to deal with during the 2013 season. The Colts were the all around better team last night.

What ever head coach Chuck Pagano did to get the Colts ready for this game has to be continued this season. The Colts were dominant on both sides of the football.   It was a different story than we saw in week one.

After last nights game people have to take this Indianapolis Colts team serious this season. Up next for the Colts are the Browns.
