We have a 3 way tie at the top of the leader-board at the Genesis Open.

The second round was suspended due to darkness.

The three leaders are Patrick Cantlay, Graeme McDowell, & Sam Sunders.

Saunders who started on #10 was really on a roll birding 4 of the first 6 holes on the front nine, his second nine, when play was suspended.

Cantlay got his round in and solid play on this brutal track is keeping him in contention.

McDowell has the lowest score for the afternoon groups with a remarkable -5 under par 66.

Graeme had 3 birdies on the front nine for a sweet 32. The back nine was pretty awesome too, four birdies with only 2 bogeys.

I see a lot of golf and lot of golf courses each year and Riviera CC has to be one of the toughest that they play on the PGA Tour.

If you haven’t seen it please try to watch this weekend. Greens with some of the wildest breaks you’ve ever seen.

Don’t miss a green because the grass will eat your ball and you’ll have no chance to get it up and Down for a par.

Tiger, Tiger, Tiger, that’s all we heard about today.

It was announced earlier today that he will be competing at the Honda Classic next week right in his own back yard.

He can be at the course from his house in under 1/2 an hour.

He has the newest and hottest driver Taylor Made makes the M3, but he has a stiff shaft and has to swing really hard to hit a good drive.

I’m confused, why wouldn’t they give him a shaft that he could swing with a regular swing and make good contact to HIT FAIRWAYS!!

Not exactly sure how his stats were today but every time I saw him he was hitting from the rough and trying to get up and down for pars.

Believe me PGA National next week, where the Honda Classic is held, is no bowl of cherries! He is going to have to pull a few rabbits out of his hat to do well on it.

I wish he would put his faith a one of the top coaches, listen to the coach, and just start playing the golf game we all know he has! Have a great weekend!
